I started training with Karen just before the lockdown in a bid to improve my overall health.

I had gradually started to gain weight over a 10 year period as I went through the menopause. I was overweight, had aching limbs and constantly felt tired and lethargic.

This has all changed since I signed up with Karen. No, I’m not a size 8 (yet) 😉, but I have lost weight, toned up and improved my overall fitness in the 12 weeks I have trained with Karen.

I am now able to perform exercises I would have balked at doing 12 weeks ago. She has kept me on my toes with varied and fun exercises, pushed me when I thought my body could take no more, and encouraged, motivated, and inspired me to continue to work on my fitness when we had to move online.

I am soooo pleased I came across Karen’s Facebook post 12 weeks ago, I can honestly say it has changed my life.

I am stronger, leaner and more energetic than I have been in the last 10 years and I owe it all to Karen.

I wholeheartedly recommend Karen as a personal trainer.
