Vanilla Chia Pudding
Want something quick and easy for breakfast? Try this Vanilla Chia Pudding:
3/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp organic vanilla extract
4 tbsp chia seeds
2 dropper's worth stevia or sweetener of your choice
Pinch sea salt
Add everything into a small mason jar and shake it up. Store in fridge before bed for breakfast the next day or eat as a snack.
